How to Unlock Expedition Motorbike in Wuthering Waves 3.0

The Expedition Motorbike is a new mobility feature you can unlock in Wuthering Waves as of version 3.0.

This bike can help you zoom around all over the world pretty fast, and it’s particularly important for exploring the new Lahai-Roi region! Thankfully, unlocking it doesn’t actually take much effort, either.

In this quick guide, we’ll tell you everything you need to get your hands on this bike!

How to Unlock the Expedition Motorbike

You can unlock the Expedition Motorbike automatically through the game’s main story in version 3.0. More specifically, you’ll need to reach “Chapter 3, Act 1: What Burns Beneath Frostlands”.

You can start that quest either through natural progression of the game’s story or by participating in the “Next Stop: Lahai-Roi” event. This event lets you access Chapter 3 early as long as you’ve reached the Jinzhou City Resonance Nexus during Chapter 1, Act 1.

That does mean that you essentially can not miss it at all! Chapter 3, Act 1 is also very straightforward, so you can complete it by just following the quest instructions in-game.

If you want, though, you can also get the Expedition Motorbike slightly early. For that, progress Chapter 3, Act 1 until you reach the very first Resonance Nexus at Startorch Academy.

Then, just go far away from the Startorch Academy. Once you make enough distance, you’ll get a pop-up telling you that you’ve obtained access to the Expedition Motorbike! This allows you to use it slightly earlier, as it’s required for exploration in the area.

Alternatively, just continue the “What Burns Beneath Frostlands” quest by following Lynae’s instructions. You’ll get the Expedition Motorbike near the end of the quest from S.I.G.M.A. at Auto Parking & Engineering Xpertise.

Either way, you can use the Expedition Motorbike as you would any other Utility in the game. Just add it to your Utility wheel and you can summon it almost everywhere!

Additionally, you can select Expedition Motorbike from the main menu to view all of the bike’s upgrades, Modding Level, and expansions. The Modding Level increases as you complete exploration goals and more upgrades unlock as you reach milestones in the new 3.0 content.
