And if you are one of those fans, you are probably wondering when the earliest is that you can recruit him in Digimon Story Time Stranger. Good news for you, you don’t have to wait long. Follow this guide to find out when and how to recruit Veemon.
Unlocking Veemon
Digivolutions are a bit different in this game compared to Digimon: Cyber Sleuths. You no longer have to go to a certain area to evolve your Digimon; you can do it anytime outside of battle.
Certain evolutions of Digimon are locked until you reach a certain part of the story. Some are locked until a specific rank or mission is reached. So naturally progressing through the story works in your favor. In this case, Veemon is locked until you reach a certain point in the story.
You will get to an area in Digimon Story Time Stranger where you encounter a Punimon right after battling against MetalGreymon. Once you beat them, you will be able to Digivolve the Punimon into a Tsunomon. The requirements for this are:

- 200 attack or greater
Once you have both requirements, you can then Digivolve the Punimon into a Tsunomon.
Once you have your Tsunomon, you will Digivolve it into a Veemon. You will train/level up your Tsunomon up until it meets these requirements:
- Agent Rank 1 or higher
- 280 attack or greater
- 170 speed or greater
Once you have met all of the requirements by training your Tsunomon, you can then Digivolve it into a Veemon. And sometimes, it takes more levels than some other Digimon to get them to meet all of the requirements.
And now, you should have the very sought-after Veemon. It doesn’t take too long to unlock and doesn’t require anything other than having other Digimon to train the first two evolutions.
