Greymon (Blue) and Garurumon (Black) are special variants of classic Digimon that you can get in Digimon Story Time Stranger. Their unlock method is fairly simple, too! They just require you to use Digivolution, like most other Digimons. However, there’s a bit of a catch! You can only get them if you have the pre-order bonus, sadly. Do you want more details? Read on for everything you need.

Pre-Order Bonus | Digimon Story Time Stranger

As we mentioned in our introduction, Greymon (Blue) and Garurumon (Black) are pre-order bonuses. That is because they’re Digivolutions of Agumon (Black) and Gagumon (Black). If you didn’t pre-order, you can still get both of them by purchasing the Pre-Order Bonus DLC Pack. As of this writing, there is no way to get either of these Digimons!

Greymon Blue | Digimon Story Time Stranger

With that out of the way, let’s first go over how to get Greymon (Blue). You can get it as one of the Divolutions for Agumon (Black), it’s last on the list from top to bottom. It requires the following criteria to be met:

  • Agent Rank 3 or higher.
  • 660 ATK or greater.
  • 420 SPI or greater.
  • 540 SPD or greater.
Garurumon Black | Digimon Story Time Stranger

As for Garurumon (Black), you can get it by Digivolving Gagumon (Black). It should be the last one on the list from top to bottom. For this Digivolution, you’ll need to match the following criteria:

  • Agent Rank 3 or higher
  • 580 SPD or greater.

If you don’t have enough Agent Rank for these Digivolutions, you’ll need to spend more Anomaly Points. Using them to get Agent Skills increases your rank! You get Anomaly Points by completing story missions and side quests.

As for the stat requirements, you’ll simply need to level up the Digimon you want to Digivolve. You can do that by getting EXP either through battles or using the Load Enhancements feature. There are also consumable items that give EXP. Either one of these options works!

When you meet the criteria for the Digimon you want, you just need to confirm the Digivolution! That’s all there is to it, so now you know how to get Greymon (Blue) and Garurumon (Black) in Digimon Story Time Stranger.

Did you not get the pre-order bonus? Well, that’s alright. We can help you get the regular Graymon, at least!
