- Once you have access to that area, go to your trusty in-game computer.
- Go to your Emails, and then to the Archived section (left from Inbox). Look for a quest (or job) called “Adding a cafe to my bookshop.”
- Of course, you’d have to finish the job, and then – Boom! You’ve unlocked the painting tool. Now, you’re all set to add some color to your houses.
- BONUS: Totally unrelated to “painting” – but you’ll also get the wiring Tool after finishing this quest, which lets you attach some lights & switches to houses!
In order to access the painting tool in House Flipper 2, you’ll simply have to go to your tools wheel, and you can find on the top-left part of the screen.
With this tool, you can paint both the inside and outside of houses by purchasing paint from the market. Sadly, as much as a fresh coat enhances your property’s appeal, it won’t boost the selling price. Nevertheless, you’ll have a beautiful house to enjoy – and sell, of course!
