For this one, though, you just have to find some dudes littering and stop them from… which is a lot easier said than done, as it’s fairly convoluted to actually do. Worry not, though, we’ll tell you everything you need!
Get Rid of the Rude Dudes in San Francisco | Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3+4
This objective is similar to the “Save Painter Neal” one, which is also from this same level, as it’s a bit trickier than usual. Nonetheless, to start it you just need to go to the large pier shown above. From the start of the level, you just need to go forward and continue left past where Painter Neal is.
Once you reach the pier, you should just head straight ahead and to the rightmost corner. Simply follow the arrow shown on the image above.
You’ll be in a courtyard where a lady with a large bag of seeds is feeding the birdies. You have to be a bit of a rude dude here yourself: use the ramps to get close to the perched birds and scare all of them away. There’s a flock at the top of each ramp.

When all the birds are gone, the lady will leave her bag of seeds unattended. She won’t need it anymore, so touch it to pick it up!
Now that you have the seeds, go to the central part of the pier. You should see some dudes littering at the top of some wooden pallets. When you see them look for the sign and rail shown above. The rail is, conveniently, right above the rude dudes.
Use the ramp by the sign and grind on the sign and rail. You will automatically use up the bag of seeds to feed the nearby seagulls, which will cause a scene and scare off the rude dudes.
