As you may expect from one of the most anticipated Fantasy RPG games in recent years, Baldur’s Gate 3 offers various classes.

Baldur’s Gate 3 aims to bring the enchantment of Dungeons & Dragons to contemporary video games with its huge realm, which is based on Wizards of the Coast’s Forgotten Realms. That includes the numerous enemies, spells, and classes in Baldur’s Gate 3 that contribute to the game’s immersive and magical atmosphere.

The ability to customize player characters is one of the most significant aspects of the tabletop game that Baldur’s Gate 3 emulates.

Players can select from various races, spells, and classes immediately. However, choosing a class to play is undoubtedly one of the most crucial decisions a player will make before starting their adventure.

Creating a Bard

Bards are a support class who empowers their teammates with magic. They can aid their comrades in ways other than healing by using their talents.

Scholars, poets, and musicians use words to uplift their allies, crush their adversaries, influence people’s thoughts and even heal wounds. They are experts at communication and interacting with others.

Bards choose between the College of Lore and the College of Valor for their subclass. If you’re planning to build a Bard, take note of the following:

  • Ability Scores: Bard’s primary ability is Charisma. Make sure to focus on raising that.
  • Races: When it comes to Race, the Half-Elf is highly recommended.
  • Skills: Choosethe College of Lore Sub-Class if you want to get three more skills (aside from the initial three you can choose from the Character Creation).
  • Spells: The Bard has a variety of spells categorized into healing spells, control spells, damage spells, and buff spells. What you choose will depend on your role.
