While your main goal in the game is to get the best loot possible, these objectives offer additional rewards while also making things interesting. While the quests have simple objectives, they tend to have some pre-requisites attached to them.
One such quest is the Lost In Transmission quest that will have you go to the Spaceport map. In this guide, we’ll show you the location you want to get to, the key location and how to complete the quest. Let’s get into it!
Lost in Transmission Quest Guide
Lost In Transmission in a quest offered by Shani for the Spaceport map in ARC Raiders. It offers the Snap Hook as a reward for completion.
To complete this quest, you will need to go to the Control Tower A6 on the Spaceport map. However, to actually enter inside, you will need access to the Spaceport Control Tower Key.

ARC Raiders: Where to Find Turbine CompressorApr 30, 2026You can get this key as a random drop from looting drawers and cabinets – especially in areas marked as Residential. Keep in mind that you can get this key from other maps as well, as it doesn’t have to be the Spaceport map.

You’ll need to complete all the objectives in one round to complete this quest.
Objective 1: Visit Control Tower A6
Starting off, you want to make your way to the Control Tower A6 on the Spaceport map. Be sure to get the Spaceport Control Tower Key before heading here.
You’ll need this key to open the door to the shaft that leads to the top.
Objective 2: Reach The Top Of Control Tower A6
Once you enter through the front door, make your way to the double shaft doors of the elevator. Here, you should see that the door is locked.
To open it, use the Spaceport Control Tower Key.
After that, enter inside and you’ll see a zipline. Interact with this zipline to go all the way to the top of the tower.
Objective 3: Establish A Connection From The Terminal
Once you reach the top from the zipline, you’ll find yourself in a control room. Be careful here as there are many ARC Pop enemies here that can explode on you if you’re not careful. The room is small so they can easily sneak up to you.
After you deal with the enemies, go to the left side and you’ll see a terminal. Interact with this terminal to activate it. Doing so will complete the Lost In Transmission quest for ARC Raiders.
