162 articles“Keeping An Eye Out” is a quest you can get from Celeste in ARC Raiders, and it’s part of the Shrouded Sky update.
For this quest, Celeste wants you to find a man named Bilguun. He’s not quite sociable, but he spends a lot of time Topside. If you can’t find him, at least find some traces of his whereabouts.
In this quick guide, I’ll help you do just that so you can clear this quest with ease.
How to Complete the “Keeping an Eye Out” Quest
For this quest, you’ll need to go to a specific section of the broken highway on The Blue Gate. It’s the one I’ve marked on the map above.

Once you get there, look up to the broken section of the highway and you should spot a hideout of sorts. Your goal here is to reach that hideout.
There are two ways to do this that I know of. The first is to use a zipline, placing it above and below the hideout. You can then jump from the zipline as you go up, allowing you to reach the hideout, as shown in the video below.
The other method is to go to the ledge of the broken highway right above the hideout. Drop down from here while holding the jump button. By doing this, you should be able to grab the hideout’s ledge on the way down, as shown in the next video.
Whichever method you go with, I recommend being a bit patient! They might take a few tries to get right, so just keep trying until you pull it off.
When you do reach the hideout, though, you just need to walk towards the eye graffiti on the back wall. Take a photo of it and you’re all done!
