Step 3: Rewire the Solar Panel
Once you’re on the rooftop, cross over the small bridge to the terrace area covered by blue tarp. There, you’ll find a solar panel setup or generator that clearly needs some love.
Interact with it and rewire the panel using your three wires. Once all connections are made, the power will flicker back on, that’s your cue that the quest is complete.
No fighting, no ambush, no tricks, just a bit of scavenging and a clean fix.
