This leaves you with limited time to loot the places that you visit. If you know where to loot everything in advance, you’ll have a much better experience.
Not only will you be able to loot faster, but you’ll also be able to get everything – which includes higher rarity loot. One such area is the Buried City Town Hall. In this guide, we’ll show you how to get the key to enter the area and also show you all the loot inside. Without further delay, let’s get into it!

The Buried City in ARC Raiders features a variety of buildings that are locked unless you find the key. It is worth going into these buildings because they feature some amazing loot – including the Town Hall.

There are two ways to get the Buried City Town Hall Key in Arc Raiders. Here they are:
- As a reward for completing Our Presence Up There quest
- Random drop from looting drawers and cabinets from Residential Areas.
Once you get the key, head to the center of the Buried City. You should be able to find the Town Hall in the middle. Just approach the large front door and unlock it to enter inside.
Be careful though as there are many drones and even a Queen that can spawn here.
Loot Area #1 – Near The Entrance
Just as you enter through the front doors, you can find a bunch of loot in the reception area. Starting off, look to the sofa on the left. You should be able to find a blue rare weapon on top of it.
Next, turn to the right from the entrance and head to the piano against the wall. On the left of it, you should be able to find an ammo case where you can replenish your ammo.
Lastly, if you go all the way to the left against the walls, you should find some heaters. You can breach and search these too if you want.
You can ignore the zipline if you’re interested in looting, as it takes you to the top of the Town Hall.
Loot Area #2 – First Floor Hallway
Next, you need to make your way up the first set of stairs until you arrive at the next floor. Right around the first pillar, you should find an easy to miss medical bag.
Keep going along the hallway and continue looking at the railings. You’ll be able to find a grenade bag next to the pillar for some additional loot.
Loot Area #3 – Office Area
At the end of the hallway, you’ll come across a broken down wall that leads into an office area. Here, you can find a bunch of drawers and cabinets that have some good loot. You can find some great materials and also keys for other areas in ARC Raiders.
Be sure to loot both the rooms of the office area.
You’ll want to be careful though as there are two fireball enemies that you’ll need to deal with here. Below is a video showing everything that you can loot in the office area.
Loot Area #4 – Opposite Wing (Best Loot)
Once you’re done in the office area, use the nearby stairs to go up. From here, you’ll want to navigate to the opposite wing which has the best loot in the Town Hall.

Once you arrive at the wing, make sure to loot all the red cabinets as they can drop Epic Weapons here. If you have a Security Breach, you can also use it on one of the cabinets for additional loot.
Finally, there is a Weapon Case that you can find on a sofa that can have a great weapon. For example, in our case we found an Epic Vulcano I shotgun that is extremely powerful.
At the end of the room, there is a secret window that you can use for a quick exit. You’ll find the Metro Station Entrance right in front of you, so you can easily head there after getting all your spoils.
And with that, you’re done looting the entire Town Hall in ARC Raiders.
