Start by heading into the Raider Camp area within the Scrap Yard. Look for a small field depot building with a single box inside. Search that box to discover the Old Field Rations.

Next, move deeper into the Scrap Yard. You’ll come across a section filled with broken vehicles and large cylindrical containers. Check around the center of this area until you spot another small box. Search it to get the Video Tape.
