Where to Find the Blue Gate Cellar Key
The key can drop at the Ruby Residence on the Dam Battlegrounds map. From experience, it appears to be a random drop, similar to other residential keys scattered across the world.
When searching, make sure to check drawers, cabinets, and shelves inside homes and residential buildings. The Research & Administrator’s Building is also a reliable farming spot, especially on the second floor, where cabinets and storage units often spawn random keys.
Just keep looting every possible container you see in these areas; key drops are luck-based, but the more you check, the better your odds.

Once you’ve got the key, travel to the Blue Gate map. There are multiple cellar basement locations, I’ve personally confirmed one, but there seem to be two or three across the area.
If you come across another locked cellar door marked for the Blue Gate Key, make sure to note its coordinates (or drop it in the comments if you’re sharing with others). The community’s been piecing these together as they appear.
What You’ll Find Inside
After unlocking a cellar, climb down the ladder and start looting. The basements usually contain a good amount of supplies, though don’t expect military-grade loot. Most of what you’ll find here is residential gear, consumables, and crafting materials, but sometimes you’ll stumble on quest-related items too.
It’s a small reward loop, but still worth the effort if you’re already in the area or farming keys.
