162 articlesThe Medical Merchandise quest in ARC Raiders is one of those “simple but easy to overthink” missions. It’s split across three different locations, the Research & Administrator’s Building, the Hospital in Buried City, and the Departure Building in Spaceport. Each section just needs you to search a few containers, but getting to the right rooms can be confusing if you don’t know the layout. Here’s a quick rundown of what to do and where to go.
Step 1: Search 2 Containers in the Research & Administrator’s Building (Medical Room)
Head to the Research & Administrator’s Building on the Dam map. You’re looking for the Medical Room inside, it’s tucked deeper in the building, so follow the corridors until you find the section marked with medical signage.
Once you’re inside, loot any two containers. These can be drawers, medical supply boxes, or lockers.
💡 Tip: If you don’t find enough containers in the main medical room, check the locker room next door, it also counts toward your quest progress.

Step 2: Search 3 Containers in the Hospital (Buried City)
Next stop: the Hospital in Buried City. This part’s a bit more flexible, you just need to loot three containers anywhere inside the hospital.
Drawers, lockers, medical crates, they all count. It doesn’t matter which room you’re in as long as it’s inside the hospital area.
Be alert for other Raiders here, it’s a common mission spot, and firefights tend to break out fast.
Step 3: Search 2 Containers in the Departure Building Exam Room (Spaceport)
For the final part, travel to the Spaceport and make your way into the Departure Building. Head up to the second floor, where you’ll find the Exam Room.
Just like before, search two containers, any combination of drawers or boxes will do the trick.
Once you’ve looted them, the Medical Merchandise quest will automatically complete.
Final Notes
This quest is pretty straightforward, but the spread-out locations can make it a bit of a time sink if you’re not prepared. Bring plenty of inventory space and watch your surroundings, all three areas tend to attract scavengers and rival players.
