How to Solve the Rotsumamu Shrine Puzzle in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
To get started, make your way to the entrance to Rotsumamu Shrine in the Gerudo Highlands. It’s slightly northwest of Sapphia’s Table and southeast of Vatorsa Snowfield.

Once you get there, go through the portal to enter the shrine. You’ll then be greeted by a large slanting platform attached to a fulcrum. The puzzle in this shrine is all about balance.
Slightly up ahead is another slanting platform.
You’ll notice a barrel on the corner with a green goo on it. Use your Ultrahand to lift it and stick it to the edge of the slanting platform.
This will cause that side to lower which you can then use to climb up to the upper level.
Connecting the Blocks
The next obstacle on the upper level is where the balancing part of the puzzle begins. Here, you’ll notice a huge cube and a concrete slab on the floor.
What you have to do is use your Ultrahand to pick up these two items. Then, place each of them one by one at the edge of the slanting platform.
They should be positioned in a way that you can create a bridge that allows you to cross from the slanting platform onto the next area as shown in the image above.
Use your Ascend ability to get to the upper surface of the slab, then cross to the other area to find a chest. Open the chest to obtain a Large Zonaite as its loot.
Disassemble the bridge you just made then place them on the lower part of the slanting platform. Place the slab in a slanting position then the cube on the very edge of the slab.
After that, use your Ascend ability directly on the bottom of the cube to arrive at the top. Then, go through the small opening and move forward until you get to the sigil.
Interact with it to obtain a Light of Blessing and complete the Rotsumamu Shrine puzzle.
