Absolute Best Weapon for Changli

Out of all the weapons in the game, the weapon that is the absolute best for Changli is Blazing Brilliance. The reason for this is that Blazing Brilliance offers 56% skill damage increase to Changli. And since Changli heavily relies on her skills, this is very helpful for her.
