Undecember: How to Customize Your Gear

October 2022 has definitely been a busy month. Both Torchlight infinite and Undecember launched on the same day leaving the game community abuzz as to what to play.

These games bring something new to the table and both are a good addition to the MMORPG game community.

Today, we are going to bring you one of the key features for Undecember which is the ability to change the look of your character with the Beauty option to give your character a much more personal touch as you battle your way through the story.

How to Customize Your Gear in Undecember

To start customizing your character’s looks, go to your menu and select the Beauty option. There are a number of tab categories and each one gives you the ability to create a custom look for your character.

Costume tab

The first tab option in the Beauty customization menu is the costume. Here, you can equip different costumes that you purchase in the game to change your look of yours.

Your gear will not be visible to players once you equip a costume. This is especially useful if you want to hide your gear enhancements from other players.

Costumes can be equipped on outfits, helmets, and both your primary and secondary weapons.

Dyes

The next set of customization will be in dyes. Here, you can change the color of your equipped gear. Depending on the Gear type, you can change up to three color schemes for each gear.

Select the gear you want to customize on the right side of your screen and the available part that you can Customize will be shown on your left.

Use the sliders to change the color for each part. When done, hit the apply button on the right to change the overall color of your gears.

You can freely Customize the color of your outfit, helmet, gloves, shoes, and spaulders. Sadly, there’s no option to change your weapon color.

Dye Presets

If the color sliders are too overwhelming, you also have the option to choose one of the three preset colors for the corresponding gear.

To do this, just click on the Gear you want to customize and hit any of the three dye presets located at the left side of the screen marked as preset.

Appearance

The next beauty customization tab is for appearance. This changes your face type, skin tone and even gender. This is one of the features we like the most since we can freely choose appearance type and gender.

Portal

The next customizable gear you can set up is your portal. Portals let you fast travel from one place to another. Having the option to change your look is a welcome addition since the classic blue portal has been the generic color of games that Utilize portals in their game.

Medallions

Think of medallions as titles you obtain while doing in-game content. The medallion that you equip will be shown in your character profile when someone tries to view it.

It would have bee. Nice if these medallions give certain buffs when you obtain it like Dragon Nest but as far as we know, medallions serve as bragging rights and do not have any other boost effects.
