Where to Find all Blue Medallions in Resident Evil 4 Remake
The moment you arrive at the Castle Gate, you will immediately find an exploding barrel that can be used to stop the siege engine.

To get to the first one, you must stand on this bridge facing the Castle Gate. Look to your right and you will immediately see a blue medallion hanging on a dead tree’s branch.
Blue Medallion 2
From the bridge, move a little towards the Castle Gate as shown in the map’s picture. On the right side, you will see a staircase going up.
Before you get to the end of the staircase, look to the left. Look between the grids and you will see the next blue medallion. Shoot it to collect it.
Blue Medallion 3
After that, there will be a cutscene showing a catapult attack. Move to the location of the last enemy, and look up at this space above the arc.
Blue Medallion 4
On the northwestern area of the map, you will see a small area. Look to the left side to find the blue medallion hanging in between the space.
Blue Medallion 5
Move to this position as shown on the map. Here, you will need a sniping gun to get the blue medallion.
Face this location and use the scope to look for the medallion. You can use a gun with a 2x scope to see it clearly.
Blue Medallion 6
Head to this location which is near the entrance to the bridge. Here, you will find crates, kegs, and chests.
Look to the left, and you should be able to see the blue medallion.
