Yep, you read that right! This realistic medieval RPG has a hidden One Piece reference. Go to the right place and you’ll find Luffy’s Straw Hat just sitting atop a rock. You can even grab it and wear it if you so wish!

Read on and we’ll tell you everything you need to know to find Luffy’s Straw Hat as part of this easter egg.

One Piece Luffy’s Straw Hat Location | Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Easter Egg

You can find One Piece’s Luffy famous Straw Hat in the southeastern corner of the Kuttenberg region. As you can see in the map above, there’s an “old massive tree” landmark there. It’s directly southeast of Bylany.

Once you get there, check the rocks surrounding the tree. You will spot Luffy’s Straw Hat atop one of the rocks. This is a reference to how Luffy leaves his hat behind to start training during the 3D2Y arc. The tree isn’t as unique-looking as the one shown in One Piece, but it’s a nice touch!

If you want, you can pick up the Straw Hat for yourself. Luffy might hunt you down to recover it when he’s done training, though! It will appear as the “Strange Strawhat” in your inventory.

The Strange Strawhat has, most notably, a +950 Conspicuousness stat. That’s surely in reference to how much Luffy stands out wherever he goes and how big of a franchise One Piece is. Surprisingly, it also weighs 36 pounds. Luffy must be really strong to wear that thing all the time, huh!? Though maybe the weight is just due to it “carrying the will of those who wore it before”, as Henry states.

Nonetheless, that’s all you need to know to find the One Piece Luffy’s Straw Hat easter egg in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. It’s fairly surprising to find a reference to One Piece in this game, but a welcomed one nonetheless!

This isn’t the only easter egg in the game, however. For example, there’s also an easter egg referencing Excalibur.

Venezuelan gamer cursed by being interested by most games, resulting in a ridiculous backlog he’ll never be able to conquer. Been gaming for over two decades now! Few things exemplify his wide variety in gaming tastes as the fact that he’s a big fan of both Souls games and the Atelier series at the same time. Also a big fan of Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Deadly Premonition, Zero Escape, and Dead Rising, among others. Considers Lost Judgment and Sekiro to both be masterpieces.
