The omni chips are scattered across 3 locations, with each location containing three of them. Let’s get started.

Rocky Reels

The very first Omni Chip that can be found at the Rocky Reels is sitting right next to the waffle shop which is located in the northeastern part of the area. The second chip is right above the big screen to the west. You’ll have to go all the way to the top to pick it up.

The last chip is found inside the arcade which is located in the southwest part of the area.

Launchpad Island

The first chip is Launchpad island is found just beneath the bridge that connects two buildings to the northern part of the island. Meanwhile, the second chip is found on top of the circular hatch just southwest of the area.

The last one can be found just right above the main entrance of the building to the southeast portion of the island.

Shifty Shafts

You can find the first chip on the tracks close to the respawn van which is on the southern portion of the area. The second chip is just a short distance from where the first chip is. Simply jump all the way down and go to the left where the chip is sitting just below the stairs.

The last chip is located at the end of the tracks which you can find near the red tower.

Do take note that there’s no particular order in obtaining these chips. You can pick them in whatever order you want, but it’s just more efficient to pick them up this way.
