After all, the key itself can just pop up randomly as loot. However, having it does not tell you the location of the Confiscation Room in the Blue Gate map at all!
Fret not, though, our quick location guide will lead you directly to that room.
Where to Find the Blue Gate Confiscation Room
To find the Blue Gate Confiscation Room, you’ll first need to enter the underground area in the Blue Gate map. You can access it from the very center of the map, near the Checkpoint area and the Headhouse POI. There are many access points for it, but the map above shows where to look.

Once you’re in the underground, open your map again to see the actual underground map. You now want to go to the northwestern corner, as shown above.
When you get to that part of the area, you should notice a locked door with a blue “Mantikor” logo above it. That’s the door you need to open! Interact with its keypad to use the Blue Gate Confiscation Room Key and open the door. Happy looting!
Now, as for the key itself, it’s similar to most other keys in the game. It’s not unlike the Dam Testing Annex Key, for example.
What that means is that you can find it randomly as Epic loot from most containers. Using it to open the room will also consume the key, requiring you to find another if you wish to loot this place again.
Nonetheless, at least now you know where to go once you get the key! That’s all you need to do to find the Blue Gate Confiscation Room and use its key in ARC Raiders.
