Like other keys, this one is a bit random. What’s not random, though, is the location it leads you to! Use the key to open up a special locked room in the Buried City map and you’ll get a pretty decent haul of loot.

As with almost every other key in ARC Raiders, the Buried City Hospital Key does not have a set spawn location. Instead, it is found within containers in Residential areas at complete random.

ARC Raiders: Where to Find Turbine CompressorApr 30, 2026That said, you don’t have to look for it within the Buried City map. You can get it even as you explore other maps, such as the Dam Battlegrounds!
Now, to use the key, you’ll need to head to the Hospital in the northern part of the Buried City map.
Once you get there, you’ll need to use the stairs or a zipline to reach the 3rd floor. Do be warned, though, there will be many ARCs like Turrets and Fireballs inside!
When you reach the 3rd floor, you want to make your way to the northwestern corner of the hospital. You’ll find the locked steel gate there. Swipe the key on its panel to open up the room and get to looting the containers within!
As always, though, remember that the key will be spent on use. If you want to loot this hospital again, you’ll need another key.
