Terraria is one of the world’s top Sandbox games. It has various fun items and worlds players can use and explore. The Climbing claws are one of the new items you can get in Terraria that gives you unique movement, thus new ways to explore the terrain. Climbing claws let players “stick” to the side of blocks while slowly sliding down. However, this item is not easily found in the game. In fact, the way to find it is in a very obscure location.

This guide will help you find the location to get Climbing Claws in Terraria’s update 1.4.4. Let’s get started.

How to Get Climbing Claws in 1.4.4 in Terraria

First off, you have to create a new world. This ensures that the world you’re traversing is Terraria’s updated 1.4.4 worlds.

To get started, you have to find the Ice Biome.  The Ice Biome is like the snow biome but it’s underground.

To find this location, you must first head right until you see the snow biome. The Snow biome is identifiable by its constant snowfall, with grounds made up of Snow and Ice blocks. So, if you’re sure whether you’re in the Snow biome, just look for Snow and Ice blocks to be sure.

Once you’ve reached the end of the snow biome. Just in between the snow biome and the new terrain, dig directly down. This will lead you to the ice biome.

Keep digging down until you see a cave pattern leading either left or right. You need to go on the right. Eventually, you will see a chest. This chest contains the Climbing Claws called the Lucky Climbing Claws.

The Climbing claws are a fun accessory that lets users scale vertical blocks by repeatedly sticking and jumping.
