The best way to earn Tokens and XP for your Battle Pass is to simply play the game, though you will want to keep an eye out for some specific game modes.

Thankfully, as of this writing, you can join the 3rd Person Moshpit playlist! It features TDM and Domination game modes heavily, though there are also Hardpoint games thrown into the mix.
Hardpoint isn’t a particularly bad mode to earn Tokens, so it’s a fantastic playlist nonetheless.
However, this method doesn’t work if you are playing with the Free Access available from March 16th to March 20th. Free players will instead need to play DMZ and Warzone 2.0 if they want to earn Tokens and XP at a good pace.
In DMZ, you can earn lots of Tokens naturally by simply completing all of the missions you are assigned. Focus on them and you’ll see your Tokens stack up quickly!
For Warzone 2.0, your best option will depend on what’s available during the free period. Resurgence Solos and Resurgence Duos are the best modes to earn Tokens with, so play them if they are available.
If these game modes aren’t available, you should instead opt for Battle Royale Duos, Trios, or Quads.
Sadly, there’s just no information on which game modes will be available during the Free Access period, but you at least know what to look for now!
