This boss is none other than the Iniquitous Baptist. However, in order to fight this boss, you first need to unlock it. This guide will show you how.
Locating the Iniquitous Baptist Boss in Genshin Impact 3.6
The new Iniquitous Baptist boss can be found within the new Gavireh Lavajard area in the Sumeru region.
To be honest, there are really no requirements you should meet in order to unlock the boss encounter.

To do so, you first need to interact with the Statue of the Seven within the Temir Mountains. This will reveal the left side of the new map as shown below:
Once you get there, go to the Gate of Zulgarnain until you reach an entrance to a cave. Enter the cave and follow the path until you eventually reach the boss area.
To start the boss fight, simply step inside the arena and the boss will appear shortly.
Defeating the Boss
Now that you’ve located the Iniquitous Baptist boss, your next course of action is to obviously challenge it. But before you do so, you want to keep in mind that the boss belongs to the Abyss Order.
This means it can use four different elements in the fight. It will also summon an elemental shield that can absorb elemental attacks thrown at it. This makes it a pretty annoying enemy to defeat. As such, make sure you come prepared when attempting to take down this boss.
Also, just like other overworld bosses, make sure to bring 40 Original Resin in order to claim the rewards after beating the boss.
