To open the Tunigi Hollow Luxurious Chest, you have to defeat the 3 wolves near the area. The wolves are in a frozen state, so you will have to finish some tasks first to fight them.

Genshin Impact: Wooden Model Alpaca Puzzle SolutionSep 3, 2024To fight the first wolf, you first need to free the Farrwick in the area. You can free the Farrwick by completing the torch puzzle using Fire-based attacks.
After completing the puzzle, approach one of the frozen wolves to fight it. Make sure to loot the common chest after defeating the first wolf.
After defeating the first wolf, scour the area for the second Farrwick. You can find it on top of one of the pointy cliff-like rocks.
Take the second Farrwick to the same place where you defeated the first wolf. As you lure the Farrwick back to the same place, you will encounter enemies that you should defeat.
Get the Farrwick back into the same location to unfreeze the second wolf. Defeat the second wolf then loot the common chest after defeating it.
Go and collect the third Farrwick from the area which is, again, on top of a cliff-like rock. Bring the Farrwick back near the Luxurious Chest where you have to defeat the third wolf.
Once all wolves are defeated, you’ll then be able to open the Luxurious Chest and obtain its loot!
