The game has a pretty extensive crafting and building system. And for a system like that to work, there are going to be resources which you will need to find and collect out there in the open world. This guide will give you locations where Copper can be easily found.
Where to Find Copper
Before I talk more about Copper, let me mention something first. In a game like this, there are always going to be a lot of different mechanisms which you need to get used to. Now to get back to the topic at hand, you can find Copper in Dark Grayish and White areas. But you will be mostly looking for them in dark greyish areas. Keep in mind that you will need a pickaxe to mine Copper. The basic pickaxe that you get in the start of the game will work here.
