In Madden NFL 23, you can start your Franchise mode by playing Fantasy draft. This basically lets you rebuild your very own team from scratch. But how exactly do you play Fantasy draft in the game? Let’s find out.

How to Play Fantasy Draft in Madden NFL 23

To start, you have to keep in mind that you can only do this in Franchise mode. That said, you want to head over to Franchise mode, and from there, click on the huge icon saying “Create New League”. In the next screen, you want to choose whether you want to play online or offline.

Also, you want to pick the Use Active Roster option regardless of if you’re playing online or offline. This is because you can’t start a fantasy draft if you pick either of the two remaining rosters. Simply wait for the roster to finish importing, after which you can then decide on your team.

This won’t have any impact at all since you’ll be drafting your roster anyway. All it does is set the aesthetics as well as other stuff like stadiums, kits, and more. After picking a team, go to the Starting Point option then choose Fantasy Draft in the popup.

You can then customize a handful of stuff in the process before you proceed. Once you’re done with the settings, you can then start playing.
