After all, the Sheriff Pistol is hidden in a secret maze, and finding the maze itself requires some work since its entrance is fairly hidden! On top of that, the maze itself is pretty long and all of its hallways look the same. It’s a true test of patience, so reaching the Sheriff Pistol is quite a challenge.
Thankfully, there’s a way to get it as quickly as possible. Let’s look into it.

The first thing you need to do is to make wooden platforms along the western edge of the map. You want to do it alongside the topmost set of blocks while hugging the western wall. There’s a fake wall somewhere around the middle of the map, which you will phase right through.
Once you find the fake wall and go through it, you’ll see a “shush” emoji in front of you. Hold the interact button for a bit and it will take you to the secret maze (which isn’t all that secret anymore).
Now, the maze itself is where you’ll need patience. It’s not too complicated if you follow our instructions. However, it all looks the same and it takes about 4 minutes to reach the end. So, make sure not to let it disorient you!
Going Through the Maze
Let’s go step-by-step now. First, take the first opening to your left. Follow that path straight forward until you reach the next junction, which does take a bit. We mentioned it before, but the maze is just really long…
Once you reach the junction, take a left once again. The right is a dead end in this case.
Keep following the maze’s path and you’ll eventually reach the hallway shown above. Ignore the path to the left, just continue straight ahead to take the corner to the right.
Then, as soon as you take the corner, take the right at the junction. You’ll now be running down Fortnite’s longest hallway. But, as before, you just need to continue forward until you reach the next junction.
When you reach the junction, take a left and keep running until you reach another hallway with two exits.
At the next junction shortly after taking the corner, go right.
Like before, ignore the exit partway through the hallway. Instead, continue forward and take the corner to the right.
You’ll reach another junction right after taking that corner, take the path to the left.
Eventually, you’ll reach yet another junction. And we do mean eventually, this is a pretty long stretch of just sprinting forward! Take a left at the junction.
Shortly after, take a right at the next junction.
Then, take the path that’s furthest away from you. Ignore the exit that’s closest to you.
Nearing the End of the Maze
At the next junction, take the left.
You’ll reach another junction right after that, go left again this time.
For the next junction, take the right for a change.
At the next one, take another left. Be warned, junctions will start coming quickly one after another now. Make sure to not get lost here.
Next up, take the left path at the following junction.
Once you finally reach the next junction, take another left.
Moving on, go left once again at the next junction.
For a change of pace, go to the right at the next junction you reach.
Next junction, take the right once again.
We’re almost there! Go left at the next junction you reach.
At long last, the final junction! Turn left at this junction and you’ll be face to face with the Sheriff Pistol vending machine.
Interact with it to claim your well-deserved reward! The Sheriff Pistol is now all yours.
