Hero’s Adventure: Road to Passion allows you to venture out with human companions, but you can also learn beast taming to get various pets.

These can range from the common household cat to things like gorillas, so you’ve got a lot of unique choices at your disposal!

In this guide, we’ll go over how taming works and how to get every single pet in the game.

How Taming Works in Hero’s Adventure

You can start taming beasts in this game once you meet the hunter Liu Shiba at the Nameless Village and raise your Relations with him to 60, which can be done by giving him gifts.

Once you are friendly with him, you can choose the Learn option when talking to him to get the Taming 1 skill. You’re now free to start taming certain wild beasts out in the world!

Alternatively, you can also learn Beast Taming from Lu Jian Nan at the Chuxiang City Inn. As a last resort, you can also start Beast Taming by just feeding bugs to the rooster at the Nameless Village.

As for raising the Taming levels, you will need to feed your pets once you have them. Feeding them Rare or Epic foods that they like will give you much more experience, so you should focus on those foods.

A fight against boars

Leveling up Taming will increase the stats for your pet and allow you to tame even more animals, so it’s well worth the time!

There are also a couple of NPCs that might help you out by giving you food for your pets.

One of them is Hua Siniang from the Nameless Village, which will give you Epic-tier food every couple of days if you bond with her.

The other NPC is the Daliang City butcher, known as Pao Chunqiu. He sells meats for you to feed to carnivore pets!
