As with most other games, the best weapon in Grounded is one that suits your playstyle. However, if we are to talk about the game’s combat system, then there are surely certain weapons that everyone can consider to be the best.

If you want to make the most out of Grounded’s weapon, then you might want to check out the most powerful among them below.

Top Most Powerful Weapons to Use in Grounded

The weapons I’m going to include in this list are mostly based on community preference. As such, this means that these weapons have been proven and tested by most players to be really powerful. Let’s have a look at all of them.

Termite Axe

Despite technically a tool, the Termite Axe also serves as a really powerful weapon in Grounded. Add to that the fact that you can obtain it pretty early on in the game. Stats-wise, the Termite Axe only deals 3 damage, but what it lacks in raw power, it makes up for in speed. With a 3.5 speed, you can hack your way through enemies and deal with them pretty quickly.

With the Chopper mutation and a shield on your other hand, the Termite Axe is surely a powerful weapon you’d like to consider in the early game.

Salt Morning Star

Next on the list is the Salt Morning Star, which is a one-handed mace that you can pair nicely with a shield. With 2.5 damage, 7.5 stun, and 3.5 speed, this one has a bit lower damage than the Termite Axe. However, its high stun stat makes it perfect for taking on slumbering enemies.

Broodmother Club

A personal favorite, the Broodmother Club is no doubt the strongest weapon in the game. It comes with 6 damage, 6 stun, and 0.5 speed, making it a bit slow but the ability to deal heavy blows. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have any bonus modifier and only deals generic damage, which does affect its overall power.

Mint Mace

Boasting 5 damage, 6 stun, and 0.5 speed, the Mint Mace was originally called the Mint Mallet. In fact, it used to be the strongest weapon in the game with a whopping 8.5 base damage. Recent nerfs have drastically reduced its damage, but it’s still a very formidable weapon to use.

Coaltana

There are not that many swords in Grounded, and the Coaltana happens to be the strongest among them. It comes with 4.5 damage, 0 stun, and 3.5 speed, making it an absolute beast when it comes to dealing consistent damage per second.

Despite not having stun damage, it does work pretty effectively against creatures that are weak to slashing. And if you have played the game, you’ll know that there are lots of them.
