Most of the trophies in FIFA 23 can be unlocked by playing all by yourself and doing certain activities. However, there are also some that you can only unlock by participating in online activities. One of them is the Teamwork Works trophy.

Teamwork Works Trophy Guide in FIFA 23

In order to unlock the Teamwork Works trophy, you need to play a match with at least 3 friends. However, it’s not just any normal match. Specifically, it should be a VOLTA SQUADS match. At the same time, you and your friends have to win a match.

Now, you only need to win a single match in order to unlock this trophy. Also, you don’t really need to have friends in your account to achieve this. In fact, you can just search for other players online and team up with them.

Unfortunately, if your squad didn’t reach a total of 4 players, then you won’t be able to unlock the trophy. Also, a teammate quitting in the middle of a match won’t count toward the progression of this trophy either. If that happens, you’ll have to find another match and try again.
