Meet with Lady Oichi | A Talk With A Lady Quest Guide
You can find Lady Oichi at the ruins of Odani in the Omi region. The ruins of Odani themselves are south of the Goshiki Outlands marker and north of the Ibu Highlands. As another reference point, just go northwest from Nagahama.

Once you get to Odani, look for Kuma and talk with him. He’ll ask you if you wish to talk with Lady Oichi right away or not. Accept to continue the quest and Kuma will bring you to Lady Oichi.
Simply follow him and then watch the cutscene that ensues. The dialogue choices during this cutscene have no notable effects on the game’s story, so feel free to choose whatever you wish. Nonetheless, that’s all you need to know to meet with Lady Oichi in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
