Where to Find the Dam Surveillance Key in ARC Raiders
As with most keys in the game, the Dam Surveillance Key drops randomly. You can mainly find it in any cabinets or drawers in residential areas. Some places where I have found this key are in the Research & Administration building, on the second floor, and the Ruby Residence building.

You can also get it upon accepting the Greasing Her Palms quest from Celeste. Once you find one, place it inside your Safe Pocket if you plan to open its loot room.
As with other keys in the game, this key is single-use only.
Where to Use the Key
The Dam Surveillance Key unlocks the loot room inside the Water Treatment Control building. Simply make your way to the Water Treatment Control area on the Dam Battlegrounds.
Once you get there, go through the entrance, turn at the first right, and then turn right again. Here, you will find a door that says you need the Dam Surveillance Key. With the key in your inventory, simply unlock the room and get the rewards waiting inside.
As mentioned, the area is now highly contested by players. As such, the room can be fairly easy to miss if you go there during chaotic raids.
Also, the area is heavily guarded by ARC robots, as there is usually high-tier loot at this location. So, prepare accordingly before entering this area.
The Dam Surveillance loot room is one of the better loot rooms that can be unlocked by a green-rarity key in ARC Raiders. While the loot is still RNG-based, you can expect to get weapon attachments, crafting materials, valuable components, mid-tier weapons, and even medical supplies.
