There are two main steps to the “Reduced to Rubble” quest, both of them taking place in the Blue Gate map. For the first one, you need to go near the Highway Collapse POI, marked above.

ARC Raiders: Where to Find Turbine CompressorApr 30, 2026Once you’re near the Highway Collapse, you need to look for an interact spot somewhere west of the highway itself. Find it and interact when prompted to take a photo of the broken-down highway, completing the first step!
For the second step, you’ll need to head to the Broken Earth POI. It’s on the southeastern part of the Blue Gate map, as you can see above.
From the start of the POI, you need to follow the trail through the trenches by going east and northeast. As shown in the clip above, this will eventually lead you to a massive broken-down ARC. Interact with the ARC to investigate it and you will have completed the quest! Good thing it’s already dead, right?
The only thing that’s left for you to do at this point is to finish the Raid, either by extracting or dying. Return to Shani to report your findings and you will be all done with this quest.
