As we mentioned before, this quest asks to find either an ARC Probe or an ARC Courier. The catch here is that both of these objectives have randomized spawn locations! They do not appear in the same spot every time, so you’ll need to explore.

On the upside, ARC Probes and ARC Couriers will appear on your map when you get close enough to them. You can see an example of their icons in the image above. At least you know what to look for, now!
When you finally manage to spot one of these, you just need to approach it and interact with it. Hold the interaction to slowly (but surely!) breach it open. Do keep an eye out so that you don’t get attacked in the process, though.
Once you’ve finished breaching it, interact with it again to open it as a container. That should complete the quest, as that counts as searching it!
As far as we can tell, you don’t actually need to grab any of the loot found within the ARC Probe or ARC Courier. Just opening it and looking at its contents is enough for the sake of the quest. But who can say no to more loot, right?
