Best Teams for Grace
When it comes to building a team, you will always want the best possible characters in it. That is unfortunately not possible in gacha games like Zenless Zone Zero, as most players won’t have access to all the characters. S-rank units are especially hard to get as their pull rate is very low.

Grace is one of the most versatile characters in Zenless Zone Zero, making her a very good early S-rank pull. The game makes it pretty easy for you to get a ton of pulls early on in the game. Check out our guide on how to get up to 350 free pulls in Zenless Zone Zero. With the free pulls you get, you are certain to get an S-rank pull when starting out.
A good early game free-to-play team composition for Grace is:
- Grace
- Anby
- Billy
Both Anby and Billy are characters that you can unlock for free in Zenless Zone Zero, making it very easy to make this team. Anby works pretty well with Grace as both of them are Shock attribute agents. Other than that, Grace has good supportive tools in her kit but she lacks a bit of crowd control, and Anby can provide your team with that.
The team composition can then be rounded out using Billy, an agent whose sole purpose is to deal damage. Of course, this isn’t the best team for Grace, but it is a more than good enough composition for the early game.
You can further upgrade this team using a character like Anton. Anton is the only Shock attribute DPS character in the game right now, and he works pretty well with both Grace and Anby.
Ideal Team
When looking at the best possible team for Grace, your team will consist of:
- Grace
- Ellen
- Lycaon
Ellen is currently considered the best DPS character in Zenless Zone Zero. She has extremely high damage and can make quick work of any enemy in front of her. You can get Ellen from her limited banner that releases alongside the game.
If you don’t want to spend your pulls on Ellen, you can save them for the release of Zhu Yuan. Zhu Yuan’s Banner will be released 3 weeks after the release of the game. You can then round out your team composition with Lycaon. Lycaon is an Ice attribute agent that belongs to the Victoria Housekeeping Faction. Ellen has the same faction and damage type as Lycaon, making them perfect for each other. If you don’t have Lycaon, a character like Soukaku can also do the job for you.
Overall, Grace can work well with any team in Zenless Zone Zero. So, the best way to play her is by picking the best characters in the game to go alongside her. As Ellen and Lycaon are considered an extremely strong combination, you can very easily pair both of them with Grace.
