While Enshrouded is initially only releasing on Steam in early access, the developers have claimed that the game will be released on consoles in late 2024.

This appears to be quite the trend with early access releases recently. Early access titles aren’t complete when they are available to purchase and play.
They carry on with development as players provide hands-on feedback and developers learn how to make the game better with time. Once the games are complete and relatively bug-free, they see a release on consoles.
Enshrouded also aims to hit the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and Series X consoles with its complete version later this year.
This was confirmed on their official site’s FAQ section. Console players should think on the bright side. Enshrouded’s launch on consoles will surely have fewer bugs.
Unfortunately, console players have to deal with the extra wait time to be able to get their hands on this new title.
However, it is respectable that the developers want to take their time and release the best possible version of the game.
A finished game that’s a bit delayed is better than an unfinished game full of bugs that make it horrible to play, always, so be sure to be patient!
