A recent Steam post by Capcom thanks its players for “enjoying Capcom products” over the years. At the same time, however, they also announced that they can no longer “guarantee” that most of their Monster Hunter titles can still work on Windows 10 after October 14.
This essentially means that they’ll no longer providing support for said games on the Windows 10 system going forward.
However, this doesn’t mean that players can no longer play those games. It simply means that there’s a possibility that they will no longer work on Windows 10 when future system or game updates roll out.
While this announcement was specifically on the Monster Hunter Wilds page, this will also affect various Monster Hunter titles, including Monster Hunter: World and Monster Hunter Rise.

This also means that Capcom can’t guarantee proper game functionality of these titles on operating systems where support has already ended. So, in the event that you encounter some issues while running any of these games, Capcom can only provide support based on the information they get prior to the discontinuation of the Windows 10 support.
Such changes aren’t exclusive to Capcom, however. In a Steam support blog, Valve has stated that they will be discontinuing for the 32-bit version of Windows 10. According to their data, only 0.01% of systems reported via the Steam Hardware Survey are using Steam.
The good news is, you can still play 32-bit games while using Windows 10, with the exception that you’ll no longer be able to ask for support.
