A great spot that me and other players found the Aphelion Blueprint was in the Cultural Archives of Stella Montis. Here, you’ll find a bunch of Wooden Boxes that you can loot.
You do not necessarily have to do it during Night Raids but those will give you the best results.
Make sure to check all these boxes so that you have the highest chance of getting it. You also have a solid chance to get blueprints for the new augments.
