As you would expect, there are going to be new easter eggs and convoluted steps to follow in order to complete them. In this guide, we will be going over how you can find the syringe and key card items that you will need in order to progress through the main easter egg.

In order to find the syringe, you will need to head over to the lab area where all the giant tubes are. Here, you will find a centrifuge in one corner of the room. It will have a green light on it, and you can approach it to open it.
Refer to the image below to know what it looks like. Simply open this machine to receive the syringe quest item. Once you have it, you can now leave the room, or stay for a while and explore if you want.
In this room, you might encounter a certain zombie that might drop a key card on death. Just pay attention to the ground as you might have killed it without knowing. If possible, look for a zombie wearing a lab coat, as that is likely to be the one that drops the key card.
