Genshin Impact: How to Use Plume of Purifying Light

The Plumes of Purifying Light are one of the new items added in Genshin Impact’s 3.6 update.

Collecting them will earn you some very worthwhile rewards, including Primogems which you can use to roll for your waifus and husbandos!

But how can you turn them in for rewards? Let’s find out in this guide.

How to Use the Plumes of Purifying Light in Genshin Impact

To get and use Plumes of Purifying Light, you’ll need to complete the first quest of the Khvarena of Good and Evil quest chain.

This quest is called “The Splendorous Sky That Day” which you can start in the Girdle of the Sands northwest of the Desert of Hardramaveth in the Sumeru region.

Once you’re there, enter the region and Paimon will comment on a hidden treasure.

Follow the instructions to complete the quest to unlock the “Heart of Amrita” quest and the new Sorush gadget!

Next, you have to complete the “Heart of Amrita” quest. Start by heading south of the Vourukasha Oasis where you should find the entrance to a cave.

Enter this cave to find a large oasis and Fedhri, one of the Pari. Speak with them to learn about the Amrita Pool and complete the quest in the process!

After that, you can then offer Plumes of Purifying Light to the Amrita Pool which will give you a variety of rewards. There are a total of 36 plumes for you to find.

Getting the plumes will require you to use the help of Sorush, the new gadget you got earlier. They can only be picked up by the Pari.

You will get a reward for every 6 plumes you offer. Once you offer a total of 30 plumes, the remaining 6 will be marked on your map. Gotta catch ’em all!

So, there you have it! You now know what to do with your Plumes of Purifying Light. All that’s left is to go out into the world and collect all of them.
