Core Keeper’s first significant post-early access launch has arrived. Players can now visit the Sunken Sea, an entirely new aquatic biome packed with watery-themed products.

The new biome upgrade has a lot to explore, similar to the Azeos Wilds expansion. Portals are one of the recently added features.

How to Use Teleporters in Core Keeper

Core Keeper has a new feature called portals. These portals allow you to transport to different locations around the planet.

However, using them can be confusing. You can craft portals on the Octarine Workbench. This article will show you how to create and use the portals in the new Sunken Sea update of Core Keeper.

Crafting Portals

To use a portal, you need to craft it on the Octarine Workbench first. The Octarine Workbench requires 20 Coral Plank, 25 Scarlet Bar, and 40 Octarine Bar.

Once you have the Octarine Workbench, you can now craft portals on it. However, you will need the following materials:

  • 100 Copper Bars
  • 100 Iron Bars
  • 100 Octarine Bars
  • 200 Coral Planks
  • 20 Mechanical Parts
  • 30x Ancient Gemstones

After you create a portal, it will take around 20 minutes of real-time to activate. Once they are activated, you will then be able to teleport to them using another portal gate. Simply walk up to a portal and interact with it to open the portal gate map, find a portal, and then teleport to it.
