How To Get The Blessed Teacup Achievement in The Last Faith & Complete Lady Helenya’s Quest
Head to Oxnevylle’s Manor at the Broken Pass. Upon your first interaction with Lady Helenya, she’ll talk to you about her quest for understanding.
Eryk will agree with her sentiments, and Lady Helenya will ask him to bring her back a blessed teacup from your travels.
You’ll find the Blessed Teacup at The Esk Mansion. From the player location, head left and walk into an entryway (indicated in the photo below).

If you’ve never entered this room before, it should look like a dead end in the game map, but you will see an archway that will lead you to an aged and worn bedroom. You’ll find the Blessed Teacup in the middle of the room.
Go back to Lady Helenya and give her the teacup to accomplish the quest. You’ll find her at the Broken Pass where you first saw her.
Upon completion of this quest, Lady Helenya will thank you by giving you the Restricted Key. Use this key to unlock the secrets of Oxnevylle’s Manor on the top floor doors of the Mansion.
