Where to find the Materials?
You can open the tactical map and see a ravine passing through on the top right area. There is an area called Kalev where the water flow breaks down, just beside that is the area where you can look for the materials.
How to make Mandibular Pickaxe?
For making the Mandibular Pickaxe, you can collect the wood from any house you have built. You can just casually knock down an unwanted roof to collect some wood from it.
For resin, you can go beneath an area called Herne which is on the right of the ravine, the area is smack between Herne and Kalev. You can find lots of resins in that area. You just have to pluck it.
For Fiber, you can just pluck the sprouts from the ground and that will give you the required Fiber.
For Bull Ant Mandible, you will actually have to fight and kill a Bull Ant, which you can find in the same area. Killing it will give the Bull Ant Mandible.
After collecting all these materials, you can go to a workbench nearby, look for the Mandible Pickaxe option, click on it, and viola! You have your Mandible Pickaxe ready to use.
