First off, you’ll want to look for Channa and talk to her. Choose the Prepare the Truck option, and then fast travel to Quickwater. The very first task you have to complete after arriving at the area is to locate a boat.

Follow the path that leads you to the bot until you come across an abandoned village. You can find the bot near the dock, after which a cutscene will then play. Your next task will be to inspect the boat that is in the drydock.

Upon arriving, you’ll come across a group of bandits which you have to take care of. Quickly dispatch all enemies then make your way to the quest location after. Once you’re in the drydock, simply interact with the boat to initiate a cutscene.

The cutscene will show something arriving at the village via the water, and your next task will be to investigate what that is. Kill enemies you encounter along the way until you arrive at the quest location. Interact with the door to play another cutscene.

In this cutscene, you’ll come face to face with the Fisherman and his goons. You will then have to fight him after the cutscene. He can be hard to beat considering he’s the boss of this quest. After killing him, simply interact with the Fisherman’s boat.

A final cutscene will then play where your character uses the boat to travel to the Stronghold. This will then initiate the next main quest which is the Incursion question.
