There is no precise location for the Rainbow in LEGO Fortnite, since all of the maps are procedurally generated, you’ll never find one the same as another.
Added to that, the rainbow on the cloud doesn’t always appear in every single map playthrough. You’ll have to be extra vigilant looking for it.

It’s impossible to reach by foot, so you’ll have to knock down some trees to build a staircase up to it.
Once you’ve created the platform, you’ll find that each colour of the Rainbow has a matching LEGO Minifigure. Music plays and they will perform a small dance routine for you to watch.
After you’ve completed it, items will spring out from them. These usually land on the ground down below you.
The items are often random. They can include anything from various weapons like swords and crossbows, as well as general resources for crafting.
This is a neat little trick to finding some valuable items when exploring. It’s fun to see some classic LEGO game goofiness brought over to the Fortnite franchise.
Speaking of exploration, you might want to try unlocking the glider, so you can traverse around the map much faster!
