Before you can get started, you will first need to acquire the car wash business, which is called Hands On Car Wash. To do this, you will first need to open the Maze Bank foreclosures site, where you will find the aforementioned business available for just 1,000,000 dollars.
Alternatively, you could go to the physical location and buy it there. Either way, you will need that amount of money ready in order to do this, which you should if you plan on doing the rest of the new content. Getting the car wash is required for the other Money Fronts related content.
Once you have purchased this business, head to the actual location and use the laptop on the table. Here, you can start various activities, including more extensive contract missions and very simple car wash stuff.

Just select the Car Wash option in the laptop. All you need to do for that one is get a customer’s car and bring it to the washing area.
It is incredibly simple, and after completing three of them, you should be given the outfit for free. If you did not get a notification that you unlocked the overalls, you can either try finishing another job or check whether it is still available, as it could be a limited time unlock.
That is all you need to do in order to get it. You could also potentially get it from completing the Mr Faber contracts, which some content creators seem to recommend, but these will be way more time consuming, especially if you are going to do three of them.
If you do decide to go through that route, be ready to travel all across the map doing various errands, including the slow and potentially annoying task of stealing from houses. The rewards for these contracts will be much higher, though a bit trivial in the grand scheme of things.
To save yourself a lot of time, simply do the car washes until you get a notification that the overalls have been added to your wardrobe. Even if you miss out on it, though, you are not really losing much. It is just a basic orange suit.
