The specific objectives you unlocked are split into two categories. Hunt and haunting. Hunting achievements can be collected while playing a ghostbuster and haunting achievements are when you play as a Ghost.
One thing good about collecting achievements in this game is the ability for you to do the tasks even in single-player mode.

Guide on how to get the Ultimate Defense Trophy in Ghostbusters Spirits Unleashed
To get this achievement, you will have to Down all four Busters with an Ultimate Ability. There are different ways to complete this but we will be showing you the easiest way to do it in solo mode.
First, select Shriek for your ghost type. He is the perfect ghost for this achievement due to his stats and his sonic pulse ultimate ability. Select the Whitestone Museum as your Haunt map and head into the game.
Hide inside the Big Whale in the Ocean Exhibit
Wait for the Ghostbusters to arrive in your area. Once they discuss strategy, they will bunch up close together and put them in a perfect spot for you to launch your ultimate.
Jump out of your hiding place and hold the triangle button to Unleash your sonic pulse ability.
Allow yourself to get captured
Once the Ghostbusters are completely Slimes and stunned, head over to their deployed ghost trap and get yourself captured. You will then be spawned on one of the rifts in the area.
Rinse and Repeat
Do this a number of times until you unlock the Ultimate Defense Trophy Achievement. You can do your jump scare any place as long as you manage to hit all 4 ghostbusters with your ultimate.
Be careful to have at least one rift available since getting yourself captured with no rifts available ends the game.
