That said, the Oppressor bike is safely locked inside a cargo container. And as you might have guessed, you’ll need to pry it open, and you’ll need an industrial cutting saw for that. Not only that, but you also need to look for the bike’s key somewhere in the area.

Where to Find the Industrial Cutting Saw and Oppressor Key in GTA Online
After getting the contract and starting it, you need to look for the key on the highest rooftop of the building. There, you need to get inside a small storage room where you can find a small box containing the key.

The next step is to look for the industrial cutting saw. While the message on the upper left corner will tell you to look for it on the rooftop, it’s actually not there. The exact location is actually one level lower than the suggested location yet still technically on the rooftop.
Here, you need to look for a small cabin, and inside, you’ll find the cutting saw sitting on top of one of the tables.
Now that you have both items, simply go outside and head to the red cargo container. Use the industrial cutting saw to cut the lock. Then, ride the bike, escape the area, and head over to your destination to complete the mission.
How to Complete the Mission Faster
Just in case you have trouble finding either objective, remember that the mission can use different construction site layouts depending on the contract variant.
However, for this version of Hit the Roof, both the Industrial Cutting Saw and Oppressor Key always appear in the same locations, so you won’t need to search the entire building.
Once you’ve collected both items, continue with the remaining objectives to complete the MC Clubhouse Contract and earn your payout.
