How to Get the Unique Jade Dragon Sword in Dead Island 2
The Jade Dragon is a reward for completing the “The Terror of Sound Stage 7” side quest.

How to Unlock Fast Travel in Dead Island 2Apr 21, 2023You can only do this quest after you’ve completed the “Blood Drive” main quest and the “It Came from Monarch Studios” side quest.
You can activate the quest as soon as you complete Blood Drive. Just interact with the radio in the Beverly Hills house you finish the quest at. Head to Monarch Studios after.
Track the quest and follow the marker to Sarah’s trailer, then enter it and speak with her. Leave the trailer after speaking with Sarah and turn left.
You will head straight into Sound Stage 7 only to find that it has a zombie infestation. You’ll have to kill all the zombies in the area to progress the quest.
Discovering the Terror of Sound Stage 7
Now, follow the quest markers until you reach Stage 7’s City Set. You will need to find and investigate 3 corpses here.
The first corpse is directly in front of you as enter the set. The second one is found to your right; turn a corner and climb some crates to find them.
The last one is by the brick building with the yellow taxi. Climb the taxi then jump onto the two wooden crates to find the last corpse to your left. Continue left from this corpse until you exit the set.
Now that you’re outside, get close to the zombies to make them notice you. Don’t attack them though; instead, lure 5 of them inside the city set.
Interact with the Temple Door FX after you’ve lured the zombies in. It will be marked for you if you’re tracking the quest. This will lure in a special Butcher, so be ready for a fight!
Remember that Butchers are extremely fast and strong. The Terror of Stage 7 is no exception! We recommend using guns to stay at range if possible.
Kill the Butcher and go back to Sarah’s trailer. Speak with her to complete the quest so you can receive the Jade Dragon sword!
